As of 1 December 2015, Mr. Allard Goldschmeding (50) will join Amsterdam Commodities N.V., the Euronext Amsterdam listed trading house in spices and nuts, food ingredients, tea and edible seeds, as CFO. Goldschmeding comes from Vion Food Group and succeeds former CFO Mr. Jan ten Kate, who left in August 2015. Previously Allard held CFO positions at H.J. Heinz, Sara Lee Corporation and he worked as principal consultant at Archstone Consulting.

During the General Shareholder’s Meeting on 26 April 2016, Allard Goldschmeding will also be nominated as statutory director.
