Acomo Extraordinary General Meeting to be held via webinar only

Today, Amsterdam Commodities N.V. (Acomo), the Euronext Amsterdam-listed trader in spices and nuts, edible seeds, tea and food ingredients announces that the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held through a live webinar only.
The EGM webinar will take place at the same time and date that was scheduled originally i.e. at 12.00 h (CET) on Tuesday 22 December 2020. Voting will exclusively take place through proxy voting. Questions submitted by shareholders up to 72 hours
prior to the meeting, will be answered during the EGM webinar.
