Today, ACOMO N.V. (‘Acomo’), the Euronext Amsterdam-listed natural food products and ingredients Group, announces that a claim has been filed with the Dutch court against Tradin Organic Agriculture B.V., one of its subsidiaries. The supplier is seeking damages in relation to a terminated business for the supply of organic products.
Based upon thorough legal analysis and advice obtained by Acomo, it does not believe the claim has merit. Acomo strongly contests all allegations and will respond in court. The total claim amounts to approximately EUR 55 million.
The legal proceedings are not expected to affect the Group’s day-to-day operations.
